Dirty Phil hails from Monroe, LA and knows how to put on a heckuva crawfish boil…!

However, this crawfish boil has a little bit of a twist to it, making it a “Flori-siana Crawfish Boil‘… in addition to the traditional corn-on-the-cob and red potatoes, Phil adds cauliflower and mushrooms

‘The mushrooms are like little ‘crawfish boil candies”, says Roberts, ‘and, the cauliflower holds the heat.’

And he’s not kidding…! We couldn’t stop eating the mushrooms… so good… and the cauliflower explodes in your mouth, but it’s not for the faint of heart…!!

 

Flori-siana Crawfish Boil Recipe

Ingredients:

1 bag of live Crawfish
Louisiana Crawfish Boil
Red Potatoes
2 lbs. Sausage
Corn on the cob
Whole Mushrooms
Cauliflower
